Shahzain Munir

Shahzain Munir is Executive Director at EBM, carrying forward a third-generation legacy with a vision anchored in growth, innovation, and purpose. With over 14 years shaping brands and products, he has been behind some of Pakistan’s most iconic launches, including Cake Up, Sooper Soft Bakes, Chocolicious, Choco Lava, and Smile.

A George Washington University graduate, Shahzain established EBM’s New Product Development department, building a future-ready portfolio that has redefined snacking in Pakistan. Under his leadership, EBM secured Pakistan’s first Cannes Gold Glass Lion for the Schoolgirl Newscasters campaign, a global benchmark in purpose-driven marketing advancing gender equality and education.

Beyond the boardroom, Shahzain’s journey is equally dynamic. From learning to Vinyl at the age of 12 to becoming resident DJ at NYC’s legendary 1 Oak, he went on to represent Pakistan at Red Bull’s 3Style World Conference in Tokyo, the first and only DJ from the country to do so. He has also shared the stage with Will.I.Am, Avicii, Jay-Z, Leonardo DiCaprio, and more.

Adil Hussain

As General Manager of Beauty & Wellbeing Pakistan at Unilever, he spearheads category growth, brand innovation, and consumer engagement. Previously Chief Marketing Officer at Tapal Tea, Director Marketing at Shan Foods and Henkel, he played a pivotal role in shaping market-leading strategies and strengthening brand equity across local, regional and global roles in Pakistan, GCC and Germany.

With over two decades of experience, he has held key leadership positions, including Marketing Director & Founding Partner at WUNDERNERF, Board Member at Gillette Pakistan and Fauji Meat Limited, and Visiting Faculty at KSBL and IBA. Rifah Qadri is an award-winning marketing leader and the Executive Director of Marketing & Corporate Communications at easypaisa, where she is leading the launch of Pakistan’s first digital bank. With 18 years of experience across fintech, tech, and retail, she has built purpose-driven campaigns that blend impact with commercial success. Her work has earned global recognition, including the Courageous Client Award at the Caples Awards UK and Industry Leader of the Year at Dragons of Pakistan, and she has served on international juries such as Cannes Lions and Spikes Asia.

Junaid Iqbal

Junaid is an investor and entrepreneur.

As CEO of Salt Ventures, he has invested in startups that are disrupting retail, logistics, Fintech, agriculture, health and construction industries in KSA, Pakistan, UAE and beyond.

His latest venture is Caravan Media, is a digital first content platform aimed at building awareness about economic reform and opportunity in the MENA region.

In his previous roles, Junaid served as Managing Director of Careem, and as CEO of Elixir Securities and BMA Financial Services.

He holds a B.Sc in Economics from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor.

Hamza Jawaid is the co-founder of Bazaar Technologies, Pakistan’s leading e-commerce and financial services platform with operations across 10+ cities. Since launching in 2020, Bazaar has built a digital ecosystem that empowers consumers and businesses to access everyday low pricing across 30+ product categories with next day delivery and seamless payment solutions—all through a simple mobile app.

Under Hamza’s leadership, Bazaar has become one of Pakistan’s most well-funded startups, raising $100 million in funding to-date. The company continues to expand across e-commerce and digital payments, acquiring Keenu in 2025 to become Pakistan’s first integrated e-commerce and payments platform.

The company has also gained global recognition. In 2022, Bazaar became part of the yearly curriculum at Harvard Business School as a case study and was selected as the first startup from Pakistan to join the Endeavor global community.

Before founding Bazaar, Hamza studied at London School of Economics, then pursued consulting at McKinsey and Company in the Middle East, advising global companies on growth and digital transformation, particularly in retail and tech.
