Cancellation / Refund Policy

  • The conference agenda and speaker lineup are subject to change.
  • Registration for Breakout Sessions is available on a first-come-first-served basis. Participants who have not registered for a session but wish to attend one, or wish to change the session they have registered for may do so on the dates of the conference subject to space availability in the Breakout session.
  • If a registrant has not activated their account on the dedicated conference app, a 50% refund on registrations may be given on cancellation. To be eligible for a refund, requests for cancellation must be submitted via email to secretariat@pas.org.pk before 5:00PM on Thursday, September 25, 2026.
  • Registrations may be transferred from one individual to another if the original registrant has not activated their account on Brella, the dedicated conference app. To change the name for registration, please email info@madsemble.com before 12 noon on Friday, September 26, 2026..
